This policy explains what personal data I collect through this website, why, and what rights you have. It follows the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish data protection law.

What data I collect
Only the data you choose to send me when you write through the contact form or by email:
- Your name and email address
- Optionally: your organisation, the language combination and dates you need, and anything you include in your message
Why I use it
To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and, if we work together, organise and carry out the assignment. I do not use your data for advertising or send newsletters.
The legal basis is your consent when you contact me, and the steps needed before and during a service agreement you request (Article 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).
How long I keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an assignment are deleted within 12 months. If we work together, I keep the data for as long as the collaboration lasts and afterwards for the periods required by tax and accounting law.
Who else can see it
I do not sell or share your data with third parties, except where the law requires it. Some technical providers process data on my behalf: the service that delivers contact form messages to my inbox (FormSubmit, formsubmit.co), my email provider (Google, Gmail) and the hosting provider of this website (Cloudflare). These companies may process data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its use, receive it in a portable format, or withdraw your consent at any time. Write to jheenjin@gmail.com.
If you think your data has not been handled properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD): www.aepd.es
Cookies
This website does not use cookies, analytics or any tracking tools. Fonts and images are served from the site itself, not from third-party services.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with its date.
